Jed Chronic, Attorney

George (“Jed”) E. Chronic is a founding member of Sullivan, Morgan & Chronic L.L.C.  Jed represents victims and the families of victims in wrongful death and serious injury cases related to auto collisions and fires, defective products, semi-truck accidents, railroad crossing accidents and other personal injury matters. During his career, Jed has obtained verdicts and settlements for his clients totaling in excess of $25 million. He earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis after getting his B.A. from the University of Missouri – Columbia. While obtaining his law degree, Jed served as a student clerk for the Honorable Booker T. Shaw of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.  Jed also served as the President of the Environmental Law Society in law school.  In 2011 Jed was nominated by his peers to be listed as one of Super Lawyers “Rising Stars”.  Lawyers are asked to nominate the best attorneys who are 40 or under, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.  They are instructed to choose lawyers they have personally observed in action.  APITLA magazine featured an article highlighting Jed in 2011.  The article detailed how to make the most out of the defendant driver’s prior violations.

Admitted to the bar in Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota, and Florida, Jed devotes 100% of his practice to litigation. He is a member of eight different professional organizations including the American Association for Justice, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. Additionally, Jed was recently invited to join The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, which is a national organization composed of the top 100 trial lawyers from each state.
